I use SquareSpace, Wix and WordPress. I will always review and recommend platforms to fit your business needs.Â
How do I update my website after its published?
After the website is published, we will give you a training session, online or in house. This will help you to understand the basics for updating images, wording and basic terms.Â
What social media platforms should I use?
A lot feel they need to be everywhere when first launching. This isn’t the case. We’ll discuss who your ideal customer is, and match the platform to where you can find them.Â
How do I get an email address that ends with my website?
Your website address is your domain, and you can have email addresses that use the same ending – for example info@mymarketingmate.uk.
These can be set up for you through your domain provider or hosting platform.
Having a domain‑based email gives your business a consistent, professional look.
It helps build trust, looks more credible than a Gmail or Outlook address, and keeps your branding aligned across your website, social media and client communications.
Can I pay in instalments?
Staggered payments may be available, depending on the scope of your project. I ask for a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is split into staged payments, each linked to specific milestones in the service.
As payments are released, different aspects of the project are unlocked. Once the final balance is completed, your website will be published and delivered in full.
This structure ensures clarity, protects your investment, and keeps the project moving forward smoothly.
